PARRAWI HOUSE, MOSMAN
Located above Chinamens Beach and occupying an enviable position this large 1905 house had been extended and altered over time. The result was a house of multiple levels, small rooms and poor connections between rooms and floors.
This almost complete rebuild, reworked the floorplans to achieve a contemporary house with generous room and simple logical flow from the new staircase.
Under the direction on a capable client, a great team was assembled including Doug Ditchfield of Reliant Constructions, Anya Haywood of Anya H Interiors and Marcia Hosking for the the gardens.
