RENWICK VILLAGE, MITTAGONG
The 115 Ha site was formerly used for school facilities and farm land and consists primarily of woodland. The Master-plan accommodates for 600 dwellings, a village centre, public open space, community facilities, nature reserve and a conservation area of Aboriginal & European significance. The planning process took inspiration from the distinct natural environment and the character of the Southern Highlands.
