[Atelier] - an artist’s or designer’s studio or workshop is a boutique mixed-use development located in the heart of Leichhardt featuring 36 apartments and commercial tenancies. Primarily designed as two buildings connected through a common landscaped courtyard, the development is seamlessly integrated into the existing built fabric of Leichhardt. The design of the apartments boast city views from living and external balcony areas, with the majority north facing to maximise natural sunlight. The crafting of spaces enhances desirable open plan living to the residences. Private rooftop terraces to select penthouses have expansive views across the city skyline. The skillful integration of the shed, pipes and facade to Jarrett Street pays homage to the existing bakery site.
