The Giles Tribe master-plan was prepared for the provision of affordable housing focused toward an Over 55 clientele. The design includes centralised Lifestyle facilities such as Gymnasium, outdoor sports, Workshop, Theatre, Restaurant, Library, Games Room and Bar for the use of residents.
