Having worked on 2 new homes in this street, we were invited to restore and extend a terrace that had been remodelled in the 1980. With the addition of a double rear carport with basement under and a roof attic, the terrace is surprisingly spacious. The main challenge for the South facing terrace was sunlight. The use of glass, a simple pallet of materials and the removal of walls, has provided light filled interiors.
