MEDICAL CENTRE, RANDWICK 

The Medical Centre at Level 2, 64 High Street Randwick, required part construction and part fitout. This project involved infilling an existing lightwell, re-organising services and the installation of generous skylights. These actions transformed the medical suites and created wide hallways full of daylight and enabled the practice to grow substantially without closure during the building process. The specialist rooms required controlled lighting, while careful review of spatial layouts and well researched materials resulted in a well received functional outcome.
